Mechanised Mayhem Pack has not given certification

Dear 343,

I have purchased four mechanised mayhem packs and have not received any permanent unlocks. I still have the Hannibal Wasp and Temple Banshee to unlock, but none of the packs gave me these certifications.

The packs clearly say ‘Unlocks three rare or higher certifications, if available’, so why have I not received the Hannibal Wasp and Temple Banshee unlock? Instead, I am given RP points as if I have all the certifications unlocked.

For the first three packs, I spent the RP points I received which the game gave me because it mistakenly thought I already unlocked all the vehicle certifications. I was happy to spend those points. However, for this final pack, I have not spent any of the RP points which the game has given me.

Here is my request. Please give me the vehicle certification unlocks I am due and take back the RP points which this fourth pack mistakenly gave me. The Mechanised Mayhem pack clearly states ‘unlocks three rare or higher certifications, if available’. I am owed the Hannibal Wasp and Temple Banshee certification.

Please can you correct this as quickly as possible.

I also did the same as above, got a couple packs and received 15,000 req points rather than the Hannibal Wasp and Temple Banshee I should have received as advertised.

I would appreciate it greatly if you could give me these certifications I was chasing or refund me my hard earned req points.

You know, I was patient here and waited a few days. Still no response.

This is a disgrace, this is something I have spent money on. Is there absolutely no way to contact 343 Industries about this?

Can someone here on this support forum actually get this sorted out.

I’m not quite sure how you would go about resolving this, Xbox support might be able to help you resolve this issue. It that’s probably a long shot. I would guess your just going to have to wait for a response or you pm 343 on this site

Contacted support, their advice after 45 minutes, give it more time…apparently they need more than two weeks to generate a simple response or even acknowledge the issue.

I think what the problem is here is that they didn’t update the mechanized mayhem pack to include the new vehicles since its last release from a few months ago. (Similar to how the classic helms was giving out HCS armor due to a glitch/oversight.) If this guess isn’t correct, feel free to correct me.

Regardless, I do agree that you should receive the stuff that you were supposed to get in the pack. (because let’s be honest. Who doesn’t want a Hannibal vehicle unlock?)

Well over a month…still no response. Embarrassing customer service, evidently this company doesn’t give a -Yoink-.
