Good morning.
I looked through your Halo: Reach game history and you have a good handful of games, actually quite a lot with 0 kills. The automated Banhammer considers games with 0 kills as you idling through the game, or AFC/AFK(Away from Controller). If a pattern of 0 kills or quitting early stacks up, you will recieve a temporary ban, however I have never heard of a perma-ban being issued for such a thing. At the very least based upon your game history, you have earned yourself a temp ban.
The only way you would have earned yourself a perma-ban (Whether it be a console or profile ban) is if you used network manipulation to reset the cR cap or challenges, modded your Reach Spartan-III in any way (to limited to but including your four letter tag), modded to have the Bungie nameplate and/or the Eternal Armor Effect/‘Blue Flames’, modded to have any nameplate you shouldn’t have, modded to change your nameplate, knowingly played with somebody who was modding (Not limited to but including playing modded custom game types), using a modded controller, having modded content on your console, or constantly griefed matchmaking games and was reported again and again for it.
My question is did you do any of those things?
<ul class=“pageitem”> - I’m going to be without sero the truth is that you pass my profile to a friend and how he and I were clan because i moddio card service which said bungie , i had never seen anything to yes , i did not know that i could banear and much less that it was as cheating or something if i was playing me matchmaking and sac. :(
Well, modding of any type is against the Code of Conduct, part of what you agreed to upon signing up for an Xbox LIVE account, and the banhammer detected the mod, regardless who did so and swung whether your friend modded you to have the Bungie nameplate, or if you knowingly played with a modder who modded to have it.
From Section F of the Code of Conduct: -“Do not make unauthorized modifications to your account profile or its contents, including but not limited to tenure, Avatar, saved games, Gamerscore, or achievements.”
From Section F of the Code of Conduct:-“Do not intentionally play with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods.”
Additionally, you and you alone are responsible for all actions that occur on your account as per the Terms of Service you agreed to upon signing up for an Xbox LIVE account. Even if your friend modded your Reach account to have the Bungie nameplate, you still are responsible for that. Also, you are responsible for knowingly playing with a modder. The Banhammer detected the ill-legitimacies and swung.
From 1.8 of the Terms of Service: -" You agree to be bound by this Agreement for any associated accounts (including those for minors) you hold now or create later and that you are responsible for all activity that takes place with your Services account and any associated accounts. "
If you want to continue to play Halo: Reach on Xbox LIVE Gold, it sounds like you will have to buy a new Xbox 360 console as your type of ban is not reversible.
Hope this helps and have a nice day now.

Good morning.
I do not work with 343i or Microsoft. I’m however a very knowledgable Waypointer. If you feel you’ve wrongly been banned, you can try to PM the Waypoint Administrator B is for Bravo, but in a case like yours, I’m not sure how far you will get.
<ul class=“pageitem”> - Look do not know how to do that you are suggesting me , if i could of that operational is what I have to do to get my problem to PM the point B is administrator of Bravo
Here is his Waypoint Profile . Under his avatar image on the left is the Send Message button. Click it and you will be able to type up a private message to him.
I hope this helps and have a nice day now.
I already sent you the message the administrator who told me how soon will you be able to answer my message
