Me and my friend tried to go and do the impossible!
(For us anyways)
And that was completing the campaign on legendary, yes legendary.
It was going fine but we died about 10 times on the dawn, then 30-40 or so times trying to get to those dang gun missile controls, then luckily we ran for our lives and unjammed the missile, then the next parts weren’t much problem…
So we’re on requiem…
That added about 50 or so deaths so we took a break and we said well we’ll try it again later…
So if i counted right we died about 50 or so times lol.
Good job guys Just take things slow and pick them off one by one 
Lol thanks, we’re progressing but no short of deaths haha we had a genius plan to run in there with fuel rods and try to Rambo them all, but then thats when i saw your comment and you actually helped us (BTW we we’re just messing around going Rambo lol) So thanks, we actually got past that elite with the dang sword.

Legendary is tricky, you’ll have to get a feel for the Prometheans.
I’ve beaten it on legendary solo and it was a pain in the -Yoink-. Go slow and hit them in the head. The pometheans pack a punch.
The key to success is the noob combo.
This consists of a plasma pistol and a precision weapon.
Just overcharge the plasma pistol, strip their shields, then switch for the headshot.
Works 99% of the time against Knights and Elites.
For grunts, headshot/melee.
For jackals, shoot their firing arm then headshot them.
For crawlers, headshot them.
Auto sentry can be a real life saver.
Also, most missions which involve piloting a banshee can have many parts of it skipped by using such.
On requiem, you just get the banshee and boost towards the end then face the enemies and hardlight shield whilst backing up.
On Forerunner, if you flu straight towards the ‘eye’ of the building then veer off to the right where the boundary is, you can get behind the tower and boost to the objective with no hassle.
Also on reclaimer, instead of taking out the shield generators, you can just use any vehicle to bypass the shield by facing the direction of your exit point adjacent to the shield.
It is pretty easy if you know what to do.
