HELP
I requested aid to all members of this group (other than figure collectors, in order to make some sense into 343 MAKING INDUSTRIES WEEKS NOTICE TO THE CONVENTION OF TOYFAIRNY THE NEW LINE OF FIGURES TO BRING MATTEL.
I EXPRESS MY OPINION ONLY TELLING ME THAT NO PLEASURE TO REMOVE A CMFARLANE AS ONE OF OFFICIAL SUPPLIERS OF FIGURES OF THE UNIVERSE AS THE HALO most customers liked the level of detail that had the figures, but due to bad reception THAT WAS THE FIRST SERIES OF fIGURES, which included:
MASTER CHIEF
SPARTAN KELLY
SPARTAN FRED
SPARTAN LOCKE
SPARTAN TANAKA
SPARTAN ATHLION
(INCLUDING VARIATIONS, CENTURION SPARTAN, SPARTAN ATHLION BLUE, GREEN TECHNICIAN SPARTAN, SPARTAN LOCKE without a helmet.)
People were complaining about HOW CAME THE FIGURES, THE COMPLAINTS WHICH WERE AS:
His articulation was limited
They were heavier
They WERE NOT EASY TO FIND
-THE Not come FIGURES SIZE (THE FIGURE OF KELLY WAS GREATER THAN ALL OTHERS, THE FIGURE OF LOCKE far exceeds in height to the Master Chief, the figure of Fred was the youngest of ALL.
Because of these drawbacks 343 INDUSTRIES decided to end her relationship with CMFARLANE WHO STILL TO DATE WITH licenses to sell products with the seal of HALO.
Nor am pleased that, 343 INDUSTRIES REMOVE A PARTNER THAT HAS THE ABILITY TO THE FIGURES waist, but now as it began this relationship with MATTEL MCFARLANE ending its contract LANXZANDO ONLY ON SALE The latest series of HALO IN WHICH WILL BE INVOLVED but still made the mistakes and NOT PUT THE ORIGINAL GUNS THE CHARACTERS
(Put a HYDRA MLRS TO BUCK FIGURE INSTEAD OF AN ASSAULT RIFLE or shotgun)
NO ADDITIONAL DETAIL -COMO ENDING ONE OF JOINING THE FIGURES OF EQUIPMENT OR OSIRIS THE BLUE TEAM LEAVING THE COLLECTION OF FIGURES INCOMPLETE
Exasperating collectors (myself included)
But I do not accept is starting STRATEGY start attracting TODDLERS (I’M REFERRING TO CHILDREN IS) AND THEN TO US ONLY WE FORGET, WHO we engage MANY TIMES GET A PICTURE OF MCFARLANE (Included THE FIGURES HALO 3) THAT MUCH WE HAD hard-won, and suddenly SELES HAPPENS THIS IDEA
"That appeals to kids today, MAX SERIES STEEL (THIS KIND FROM A LONG LOST AND SENSE, WITH MORE SUITS THE SAME KEN AND HAVE IDEAS AND NI) MATTEL AND OBVIOUSLY BEING ALREADY SAW NO SELLING MORE BECAUSE NOW tHERE WAS MORE SUITS yOU TAKE, BUT THEN COMES 343 INDUSTRIES offering LICENSES IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE FIGURES "to simply SELES OCCURRED COPY THE CONCEPT OF MAX STEEL AND STICK TO THE CONCEPT OF THE FIGURES HALO, OSE TO BE HOW MANY YEARS AGO, WHEN YOU BOUGHT THE FIGURES OF MAX STEEL AND ACTION WILL OF MAN BUT NOW BUT NOW AS ONE HALO complement the OSIRIS AND BLUE TEAM FIGURE LINDA IF THIS SIZE OF A MAX STEEL (INCLUDING THE SPARTAN Locke It IS SEEN VERY WIDE AND MANY THINGS

Agreed. This was painful to read OP. I think I got the overall message, but holy -Yoink-, none of what you were saying made any damn sense.
I own only the Kelly model. I got to say I will not be buying any of the new ones by Mattel, they look cheap.
Ive never seen someone write like this. It literally makes no sense to me.

TL:DR, OP doesn’t like Mattel figures. Even though a new license with Mattel does not exclude the possibility of Halo 6 figures from McFarlane.
At Toy Fair, they showed off Kotobukiya and Dark Horse Halo figures. Where’s the issue with that?

Along with some spelling errors, but I understand his grief. I love collecting Detailed Action Figures I am a huge Nerd when it comes to collecting things I like, see this photo (It’s what is behind me while I play Xbox or work on my Office PC) Not Pictured is my collection of McFarlane Halo 3 Toy set, I have them packaged away somewhere until I can make more room. I hope if they do move the level of detail remains high.
My computer says no.

The license with McFarlane has expired so 343i would have to go back to them and make a new one if they wanted to make more figures. I don’t mind it though, McFarlane articulation sucked and it was near impossible to get figures to stand straight. Plus McFarlane got pretty damn lazy these past few years. Hell, the Halo 5 line saw three -Yoink!- Athlon figures as well as recoloring of characters so they could get another figure out for that armor. Instead of getting everyone from Osiris and Blue Team we got 3/4 of both teams, a ton of Athlons, blue Helljumper, a dark teal Centurion, and a green Hermes. They could have easily replaced two of the Athlons with Vale and Linda but instead they re-release the same figure in three different colors.
Trying to decipher this was a pain, but it sounds like OP doesn’t like MacFarlane’s Halo toy line, and would rather have Mattel exclusively produce Halo toys. Which, fortunately for him, is what is likely happening after MacFarlane’s Halo 5 Series 2 is released.
As for the anti-MacFarlane comments go, I disagree for the most part. I don’t have many Halo figures, but I love the ones I have (MC and Noble 6, will probably get Buck). MacFarlane studios produces toys that are best suited as collectibles. That being said, I find the articulation on the figures to be more than enough. I can’t comment on the size comparison. As for the style/coloring, I like MacFarlane’s style better than the images of upcoming Mattel toys. The bright colors and less realistic proportions obviously reflect a toy designed for playing more than collecting. Which is likely the reason for the switch, and may end up being a good business move in the long run. But MacFarlane studios put out quality products, in my opinion.
I have and always prefer McFarlane Toys over almost any other manufacturer. The Mattel figures shown at toy fare look like cheap kids toys. Maybe that’s the idea? Get them in the hands of the younger generation?
As a collector, video game buff and artist, I would rather pay a little more and have a quality statue looking figure sitting on my desk at work and on my shelves in my studio.
This announcement made me a little sad.
I may also be a little bias as I used to work at McFarlane Toys. =P
dude y all the caps

You da man.
Speaking of figures, remember Joyride Studios figures? Those were awesome!
