I think it’s wave 2, but I think that’s when we will receive Buck and Linda. I can’t wait to add Linda to my blue team!
Also I think they are making an assault rifle boomco blaster which if true, I’m getting it.

Linda will not be made as a figure by Mcfarlane, as far as we know. McFarlane’s Series 2 of Halo 5 figures will be made up of Buck, a blue Spartan Helljumper, a green Spartan Hermes, and some Athlon variant. Read more here.

Its been confirmed at New York Toy Fair that Mcfarlane wont be doing Halo figures anymore, (particularily Halo 5 Guardians but more than likely forever) and that the toy company notorious for Barbie and WWE, Mattel, are making and taking over for the Halo franchise. Linda is in the new mattel lineup of 6 inch figures, however Mcfarlane’s Halo 5 Series 2 Wave will only include Buck, a Blue Spartan Helljumper, a green Spartan Hermes and a red athlon spartan. Sadly as the mcfarlane Halo series is most likely over, i have no doubt in my mind that mattel can do just as good, maybe better but that seems a little more further fetched. But you are correct on the BoomCo assault rifle, that will be coming out this year as well as a Brute spiker, which is also gunna be featured in Halo wars 2! I’m still holding out hope that they will include Linda AND Vale in their Wave 2 as a goodbye. Wave 2 was supposed to come out this month but its been pushed to winter so who knows…
Yeah, unfortunately they cut McFarlane out of the loop. We will never get Linda or Vale figures to complete our teams.
But hey at least Buck got made.

Looks like Mattel is making a Linda figure for their first wave, that or its an Argus female spartan because the colour looks off from the pics.
The only problem is it’ll be very different compared to the McFarlane ones

I bought a BoomCo plasma pistol. Got to wait for it to ship.
I started getting worried this time around when we saw no Covenant, Prometheans, or Arbiter from McFarlane. Could you imagine the Arbiter?! What a damn shame.

Yeah I’ve seen the new figures. I’m not too worried about the shininess because I plan to repaint them anyway. I just want to complete Osiris and Blue team the mcfarlane’s scale before getting into this series. Last year they announced that all members of both teams would be released so I’m holding to a sliver of hope that mcfarlane somehow pulls through.

I was pretty sure that Wave Two is still coming out in March (I think the 15th?). It did get pushed back, but not much. Link
