MCC - Xbox Live Pre Order not working

Hello, I preordered The Halo MCC on the Xbox Live at least a week ago and now that it’s been released, I can’t play it!!

When I launch the digital game on my Xobox One, it says it is unavailable (?) !!

I re download the game from the Xbox Live several time and it’s still not working either.

Can somebody help me?

Is that a common issue?

Similar issue , I bought this game under my account , works fine, but my son on the same xbox cant play it unless I am logged in , it asks him to buy it, then you go to that screen to see if you can , and it says unavailable. not good.
