MCC XBOX Data pad 10 is not giving the achievement

While trying to finish Conical Conundrum I reached Data Pad 10. The achievement won’t unlock, no matter how many times I do it.
I tried on two different occasions and it still won’t update. Any suggestions?

Have you tried giving your Xbox One a hard reset and then going for the datapad? Sometimes a hard reset is all it takes.

Thanks for the response, I just performed a hard reset. After the boot up I checked, no luck. I am on Legendary and just jumped back up to the beam near the Saber. RB on data pad, go through all pages, nothing. Walk away come back, same thing.
