I heard that the new season came out today so i launched MCC and season seven was not working the icons and the new background
none of it workedi tried without eac but still did not work.
Literally having the same issue. Not sure if uninstalling the whole game will fix it or not… But i can not play with my friend who already has it downloaded, and he has the game on steam. I have it through xbox.

Hey folks, this issues means that your build is not up to date yet
For Xbox users - hard reset your console, that should kick the update into gear and prompt you that an update is needed
For PC users - restart your box and then check for updates in the MS Store.
What about in Steam? I having been downloading the update for 2 hours. Every time it gets close to finishing, it bumps out and downloads more data. It was up to 29GB, then I finally restarted steam. Started the update again, said 11.9 out of 11.9, patching, then it starting downloading more data again!

Nevermind. I just uninstalled the game and am downloading the whole thing again. RIP Bandwidth and data limits.

The PC instructions are not working for me. After a PC reset there is no MCC update in the windows store.

yeahBradley - i had that issue. I went to the store page for the game (where you go to purchase it) and that kicked off the download for me - didn’t click on anything, just went to the page
Hello, I’m currently playing Halo: Master Chief Collection, and the season points selection isn’t working. I don’t know why it says it is offline but of course my internet decided to go out, and as soon as I got it back online I found out that the season points option is offline but I can still access everything that is online. Could somebody report this issue?. Or is everyone else having this issue also?. I’m concerned yet I still was able to trade in my points for some of the season 7 stuff in the “exchange items” category. I would like more information on the issue. Thank you!.
