Hey guys, I’m not sure if this is the right thread for this, but… I use the xbox app to launch MCC, and I’ve updated everything. Everything includes the Xbox App, Microsoft Store and I even completed all of the Windows 11 System Updates. Upon launch, non-modded, the normal splash screen pops ups as if everything is normal. However, after the initial splash screen, the game never opens while you can hear the game running in the background. I’ve tried tabbing over, making all the windows available in all desktops and I’m running out of options. I can’t find anything on Google, though these days I rarely can without making my own CSE… Please help!
FYI, if anyone has this issue, this is what worked in my situation. If you have multiple monitors that you extend to, you’ll want to virtually disconnect them. In other words, to fix my Xbox App version of MCC, I ended up selecting “Show Only on 2” (the monitor I use to play MCC). Once I applied that setting, I ran MCC again as I would normally and it booted up with ease. Up until this point, I’ve never had issues like this whatsoever. Hopefully this helps someone.
I am having the same issue, but it was working fine before the season 8 update, not sure what changed
