The game was installed on my xbox 1 for a while but I was trying to move stuff around between my internal and external to make room. At first I tried to simply move it but it wouldn’t move (reach and odst did). When that didnt work I just uninstalled it and that worked perfectly, but when I tried to reinstall it the main game just wont do it. It doesn’t give me a error code or even start and stop the download its almost like I dont have the game. I tried to do it from the store and that doesnt work but it does say I own it. It’s also not a disk I own a digital copy. Please help and thank you.

First and foremost, I would make sure where you are trying to download the game is on your Internal or External Hard Drive not between the two. The reason being is because if you but the cloud saves and Internal saves in two different spots, it gets confusing for the Xbox to load the proper content. So I would stick to one or the other. Secondly, I would make sure that wherever you want to download the game has the appropriate room. When you look at Your Games and Apps you should see how much space you have on the left hand side. You can see how much space you need by selecting the MCC Game and then selecting Manage Game and Add Ons. That will show you all the space distributed between all the the games and Add Ons on MCC. Once you have enough space, go ahead and try to download the game. If it won’t let you download then, I would try to hard restart your Xbox and try again. You can hard restart your Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the console until the light goes away completely, then turn it on again.

I checked to see if I had enough space and I did and I tried the reset and that didn’t work either. I uninstalled reach and odst again to try and get it all in one storage but no matter what I do it seem like it just doesnt want to download.
Yo I deleted my MCC same as you and I’ve had it installed since it came out but last month deleted it for space now I can’t get it back for some reason at first it said it was a disk error then said it was a system error now it acts like it doesn’t exist on my console if u had fixed this lemme know please
