Being a diehard young halo fan. I’ve noticed halo started going downwards in reach. Halo 5 is better but some of the past halo games had more bad than good. I haven’t been on the forums for awhile but want to know if you guys would get halo 3a if it’s realesed or thoughts if you guys even think it’s going to be realesed.

I will not…and I love h3,they have bothered me so much with halo 4,5 and escalation that I really don’t trust 343 anymore and I’m still on the fence about getting halo wars 2

Halo wars is the only halo I’ve never played so I’m not all that excited for the new one which I’ll most likely not pick up, but honestly this is my last chance for 343 with a real halo game that I’ll give them. It just ain’t the same anymore.

Already stated Halo 3A isn’t happening.
It’s certainly not something I wish for, and I wouldn’t buy it. I don’t really care for these anniversary remakes. They are games that I’ve already bought and played until I was done with them.
I’d rather them remain nostalgically untouched in my memory.
I personally don’t want them to make Halo 3 Anniversayr solely because 343 needs to focus EVERYTHING on making halo 6 great, because if it isn’t, halo will fall even lower.
I really hope they do one eventually. But I want to see it done right. It should be no less than 4k and a ground up remake. Not some half hearted anniversary as HCEA or H2A, which don’t get me wrong I LOVED both anniversary editions. But H CEA being campaign only and they didn’t do any multiplayer was pretty lame and as super awesome H2A was it being with the super botch MCC and such limited multiplayer/maps remastered was lame.

To each their own. Personally, I look at each game’s release as a fresh start; another attempt to fix any problems they have. That, and it seems kind of unfair of me to abandon them during the rough times. Plus, if all the fans just left, who would help give them feedback?
If they actually did the work , I would rent before purchase (as I will any 343 game going forward). Honestly , if it happens I would expect Certain Affinity or other developers to do most of the actual work , with 343 taking over support (if there were any) post launch.

They hardly take our feddback
They better not release a H3A. MCC still needs a lot of work, and if a H3A comes out, especially as a standalone game, it would be a major slap in the face to those of us who still play MCC.

Being a die hard myself who has been around since the release of CE, Halo is going through a rough patch but you stick with it if you love the series.
With that being said. We just got Halo 3 on MCC just a couple years back and the “anniversary/remaster” thing is running its course in the game industry. I don’t think we’ll see a Halo 3 Anniversary for another decade. 343 has bigger projects to focus on right now
