Well, turns out that 343i’s big update didn’t completely fix everything. Halo: The Master Chief Collection is still cheating me out of achievements. Upon beating Halo 4 on legendary, it didn’t give me my achievement for beating it on legendary and is saying that I have to beat it from shutdown to midnight. (I’m assuming that because when I go to resume it should have me at the beginning but it has me at shutdown). I love this game, but I’m really starting to get irritated with this achievement thing.
Go to your MCC service record on here and make sure that the server tracked your completion.
The achievement unlocking issue is Xbox One’s side of the house primarily though. Point the angry fingers at that first, I’ve had issues with achievements not unlocking for multiple games. They will eventually unlock when the Xbox One server tells it to. Unfortunately for MCC, there are 450 achievements in one game for this to happen. I had a couple take a couple weeks and a couple take a month.
Ok, see. I’d love to believe the whole checking my Service Record on Waypoint to make sure, but I believe that’s broken as well. It’s not even saying I’ve completed anything on Combat Evolved when I not only beat it solo legendary, I’ve been in the process of playing it Co-op Legendary. It’s saying I’ve done NOTHING. So when people tell me to check my service record on Waypoint, I’m sorry but I’m calling -Yoink-. 343i needs to fix their game. It’s been a month now.
