I use an elgato which emulates a monitor when plugged in. I have the game set to my main screen, but it will start on the wrong screen if the elgato is on. When I go to the settings to change it, it still lists the correct monitor. I have to change the monitor to another then back, then alt-tab out and back into the game before it corrects itself. Running it in full screen.
