MCC Service Record appears to be down as of 7/30/2021.

Just checked mine JB Linken, the only one that is down for me is the MCC. The rest are displaying my records.

Same for me. All of the other games are fine, except for mcc. I really want to check my times for the 3 hour achievements on legendary.

Yeah. RIP to checking my 3 hour Legendary progress.

Same, my MCC stats only show problem detected. I assume that my halo3, odst and reach stats are never coming back… rip

This happens every few months. The thing goes down for days at a time every few months. Evidently the system is flawed, but 343 don’t really care to fix the root cause so it stops happening.

Pretty sure you can check mission time stats in-game too through statistics.

I’m having the same issue and after beating halo 2 on legendary, got the bug where it doesn’t give me the achievement so I can’t see what level is didn’t count.

Try starting up The Heretic/The Armory on legendary and letting it play through. You should get the achievement then, idk why but sometimes they’re weird like that

I tried that, and yet still didn’t work, also they don’t count towards the achievement, only missions 3-15 do.

I made a support ticket hoping to get this bug finally resolved, but it’s been about 4 days and still no response from anyone, so they are to busy making Halo Infinite, or they don’t care enough to deal with the problem. Either way it’s annoying as **** not being able to get the legend achievement because of Halo 2.

If everyone could check again, I think it may be fixed.

Mine just loaded.

I know it’s several days after you posted this, but mine appears to be working.
