MCC Server Tick Rate?

Anyone know what the tick rate of the dedicated servers is? It doesn’t feel like it’s very high, especially when playing the older Halo games (H1 and H2). A lot of actions (shooting, throwing grenades, kill animations) feel slightly delayed, and this happens way too often to just be player lag. Before the update, when host was peer-to-peer, it would only feel like this when the host was a foreign player. Dedicated servers should not feel like this, especially to someone in a major US city.
