I literally saved up for weeks to make sure I had enough points to get it where ever it would be on the unlocks and it’s not even here. I know it sounds petty but since I was mostly excited for that helmet I probably won’t be playing any mcc now just going to wait until infinite. Really was looking forward to rocking that helmet in reach and 3 and especially reach campaign. Way to advertise something and completely disappoint and not deliver just wow…
Agreed! I saved my points also! I skimmed through the season to see how far I could reach into it to see the Bishop wasn’t even there… I am thankful I have seen so many others missing the Bishop also!

Us too, m8! Don’t worry, you are not alone. I have seen quite a few saying its bogus they didn’t give it to us. Someone else was saying their season points (same as I).

MCC Halo CE - all these changes are unnecessary. The new hud is less like the original. The new green triangle above teammates unnecessary and not like the original. OG’s like halo mcc ce because of the originality. Keep it as close as you can. Stop deviation from the original. Only good change is less echo on battle creek. Also need to tone down the humming on derelict and chill out. That’s all that needs to be done. Please add blood gulch to swat, lol
No offense the helmets and armor are absolutely amazing but… you gave halo 3 helmets with the matching armor… and yet reach only gets just the helmets. Who’s idea was that?? That was the dumbest idea ever.
Now… Lets address the issue, Halo 3’s content.
if you look in game Halo 3 has gotten content ever since season 3… season 3 to season 8 that’s 5 seasons of halo 3 gear. If the next season has halo 3 I’m giving up entirely, halo 3 has a great campaign the multiplayer is utter garbage. It’s time for other halos like halo 2, 4, 1, and reach. Give them weapon skins and vehicle skins for the campaign as well maybe new armor as well. Halo 3 keeps getting all the good stuff and it’s getting annoying now.

I respect y’all’s frustration. I find this chant great because it’s so non-offensive, especially with the face, but I feel like the mods might not agree and y’all might get spam warnings.
I, too, want the helmet restored, but we might be more safe if we express that in different terminology.

Getting the same thing, and can’t play the game. I do not have the current version of the game with the Season 8 content and the Microsoft Store will not detect and download it.
I just fought the DLC licensing bug for the last week, got the game to work for 2 days and now I’m back to not being able to play this game due to more nonsense.
I’ve never had a game that I had to work so hard for just to be able to run it.

Not played much Master Chief Collection yet, still trying to get the DSTT armour to unlock (already done requirements) for 360 title
What is your obsession with Halo 3? While I like the armor for sure, this is how many seasons that were almost, if not entirely focused on it? Almost everything the other games got were all things that were either cut from the original, initially cut from MCC (which we had to regrind in many cases), or things exclusive to Firefight or campaign. I’m sorry, but Halo 3 got old really fast after the so called “hit registration/ projectile speed fix” somehow translated to about a dozen scorpion shots doing no damage at guaranteed kill ranges to impact (direct hits and shots landing within punching distance of the target).
Halo 1, 3, and 4 have all gotten weapon skins, but most, if not all of 4’s was cut from OG or MCC initially.
H1 and 3 have gotten vehicle skins and visors. Probably a few of which were from Custom Edition, which you talked about bringing content in from before season one.
ODST got updated Firefight and imported weapons/ vehicles, soon getting imported enemies.
H3, Reach, and 4 got imports from Firefight and/ or campaign to Forge.
H4 got armor effects.
H3 got new armor, even for elites, and imported armor from Halo Online.
H3 got new and imported maps from Halo Online.
And once again, H3 gets almost everything. When Reach finally gets something new, it’s just helmets. It’s depressing really, contrary to what you seem to believe, not everyone enjoys/ wants to play H3. I’d rather play Halo 5 Warzone when I’m the only player on my team and getting farmed by griefing enemies who clearly have no intention to play the objective nor do they have anything better to do. I’m done with MCC after this. Until you either give Reach or H2A half the love you’ve given H3, I’m not even going to look at the game, especially if Infinite lives up to the hype unlike MCC until years after launch and the mess that is H5.

Leveling:
Postums, would you please consider making halo mcc’s leveling system more like reach’s? The current one makes leveling a chore to do. In reach, we had choice in what we purchased with xp but now, in mcc, we don’t. In order to get what items we do want, we have to spend our points on items we don’t want. Can you make ranks matter again? Ranks in reach determined what items a player had access to and the higher the rank the more items they could unlock. The items were listed in an organized fashion and here in mcc they’re randomized, like a f2p title, which halo mcc is not.

Visuals:
Postums, the new armor being implemented in halo 3 and reach are directly clashing with the games’ art styles and it would be great if you guys could make armor that is more in tune with their art styles. Also, to be clear, I wouldn’t mind a helmet from the unsc that has SOME influence from ancient spartan helmets or influence from the elites. Also, I’d like to point out that the Mark VII helmet, Keystone, was put in h4 but that design would fit perfectly in h3 or reach and 2A. Speaking of 2A, if you have plans to add armor to it, could please make armor that fits halo’s proper art style too? When I say proper, I am referring to what we’ve seen in halo 1, halo 2, halo 3 and reach. And if its not too much, would you consider fixing the elite models to be like the ones from reach as well?
Split screen Co-op:
Postums, I’m trying to get some friends into halo, most of them don’t have a pc, and we’ve been playing the original releases so far and I’m dying to play mcc pc with them because of its quality of life improvements that the previous games lacked. So, it would be fantastic if you could implement co-op so we can finally enjoy mcc pc together.

Please…. Please since this is the last season of MCC please more season point opportunities. I want to unlock everything and make my Spartans across the games look how I want, but it’d take me months into 2022 to do so with the amount I have left to unlock. However by then I’ll probably be on infinite more so leaving MCC incomplete

is there like An ACTIVE FIRE going on in the Studios all day? 343 employees are Rapdily running around banning and then the nightshift comes in and unbans all of the people who were just banned over the huge negative whiplash over the clearly unpolished season 8. Literal MCC employees on Twitter are fighting their fans during the daytime and posting p**n and generally acting like children. 343 PR is hugely disconnected from the community because they all got into Youtube and Infinite Too Hard the last two weeks instead of doing their jobs and I know that’s most likely because some executive didn’t like MCC coexisting with Infinite. I just wanted to post my maps today…
