Seems like these random bugs happen to me with each MCC update, I had nearly 300 season points and I was unlocking all the tiers for season 7 until I got to tier 81, it wont unlock, pretty sure it already took my season point for purchasing it too, everytime I click it it says unlocking and even makes the unlock sound, but it isn’t unlocked, really frustrating.
Tier 87 for me, but same problem. First it said there was a problem unlocking it, then every time I’ve tried since it makes the unlocking sound and nothing happens. Restarting the game hasn’t helped and someone else tried verifying files which didn’t help either.

Sounds like the exact same thing with me. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
Been having the same issue. Loaded up the game, grabbed everything in The Exchange just fine. Unlocked the first item and then suddenly the second item refuses to unlock. It even took a season point the first time I tried unlocking it, but thankful hasn’t done so on subsequent tries. Of all the seasons for it to do this. Finally get new Elite armor to try, and I can’t because it won’t unlock for me. Not on the seasons with a bunch of spartan armor I likely will never use, nope the one season with elite armor.

I guess I got lucky since I was able to unlock most of the items, but pretty sure it stole a season point from me too.
