MCC Refund

I preordered MCC from the xbox live store expecting a fully functioning game and even after the large patches the past months I still have horrible match making results and lag time between games. I’ve followed all of the instructions for updating and uninstalling/reinstalling the game and so far all that’s happened is I’ve wasted my time. I’ve only put in an hour or so of actual game time into MCC and have been extremely dissatisfied with the purchase, and the game has reached a point where all of my friends have moved on so I don’t even have anyone to play with.

When I spoke with xbox live support they informed me that I needed to post on this forum to get a confirmation from 343 on the refund. Please let me know if I need to provide any other information for the refund.

I don’t know why Xbox Support would send you here as there is unfortunately no one here that can help you. If you bought the game from the store, it has to be Xbox Live Support (or at least the billing / sales section of it) that processes this for you. 343i do not have any kind of access to your Xbox Live Account, on the Xbox Live teams do. I would contact them again

Thank you for your response stckrboy! I contacted Xbox Live Support and showed them this thread and they gave me a one time refund for the game.
