MCC reach cutscenes sounds aren't synched

I’ve been replaying reach story and I noticed that some of the cutscenes sounds aren’t synched. For example mission exodus when it playing it’s fine until the character starts picking up the gun. When the character chambers the pistol it doesn’t make the sound until seconds later it happens and this happens through out the cutscene. I’m not sure if this is happening in other campaigns but it will be good to fix it so the sounds are synched to the cutscenes.
