Hey how come the ranks keep going back to 1 it’s getting really annoying getting to 8 + and than going back to 1 every so often , especially since you have to wait 15 minutes to find a game in the first place.
This has happened to me twice as well

Yesterday I was rank 12 in the halo 2 ranked playlist. After a game with my friends I suddenly noticed my rank got reset to 1! While my friends noticed nothing about their own ranks. Nothing changed today, got my rank up to 3, but it is darn frustrating that my ranks are gone. Did you reset a certain amount of people or is this completly new?! My dear fellow gamers, stand up and reply if you had this problem aswell! I hope 343 will notice it, and get it solved. Thanks in advance!

I’ve been reset from 10+ 3 times, I’m giving up on matchmaking for now I suppose. Please get this fixed @343
This happened to me also… THREE TIMES!! I hit level 8 twice and it reset and just now reached level 7 reset on me again WTF 343 it takes 15min to get a match now the rank means -Yoink- too… Get ur -Yoink- together I know when a game launches there’s issues but u rushed this game just to et it in before halo 5 and u give us this garbage

I’ve just been reset from level 11 again to level 1, this is the 4th time reset, didn’t’ give up lol.
they are going to reset everything when they fix the multiplayer and get rid of that glitch people are using to artificially rank up. so you might as well view this as practice, because that’s all its going to end up being.

Yea but its annoying they should announce “IF/WHEN” there resetting EVERYONE… Frustrating when I back to 1 AGAIN and I play someone whose a 15 and they Suck -Yoink- at the game
Its happening to everyone. I’ve been rest 4 times my mate, several. We just go on team slayer and btb now until the ranking is sorted. Pointless putting all that time in ranking if it resets. Or do the playlists for campaing 
Been doing the campaign did 4 player legendary Halo 3 BUT none of the achvements unlocked for us so Im scared to do any campaign until they fix that issue also… just sucks theres still major issues 3 weeks in… I know EVERYONE doesn’t have all the issues but most of the ppl I’ve talked to do and all my friends are having same problems
I also get my rank going down from 11 to 1 . My brother did too from 13.
But we noticed that it happened right after we did a overkill during the game. I don’t know if it comes from it , who knows …
EDIT : or not , again without any overkill…
EDIT 2 : But, right after that I played a game in HCS playlist , I won, then in the report of the game I checked my lvl and it came back ! (Lvl 11) so I came back to the ranked playlist and my lvl was really 11 ! Oh yeah !!! Don’t know why or what happened but I get my lvl back
Ive been reset once at Lvl 10 and Twice at Lvl 15…Why is this happening??? 3 Resets…this game is turning into a total waste of time
Well 343i you have still lacked the essentials to get this fixed because I have just been reset. This is the third time and I’m am overly aggervated. I love halo! I want this bugged out game fixed. This is pathetic 343i. We trusted you with our game. this shouldn’t even be a problem anymore. I don’t want to give up on mcc, but at this point there’s no reason for me to rank up, seeing that I can’t rank up without getting reset in the first place. 343i please reply to us on this. We would really appreciate at least a summary of what you’re doing to fix this. All these players or relying on you. Please don’t let us down! We love you 343. Just fix the damn game

it’s commons knowledge the system is completely broken, and doesn’t work at all as it should in addition to the random resets.
Its also common knowledge they’ll be reset once the system is fixed and implemented ranks will be reset.
Why anyone continues to bother with their rank at this point is beyond me
HAHAHAH IVE BEEN RESET FOUR TIMES NOW. 17 to 1, 15 to 1, 13 to 1, and 8 to 1. AND GET THIS THEY ARE ALL RESET AFTER I HAVE WON MATCHES FAIRLY WITH NO CHEATING!!! I HAVE BEEN POSTING THIS FOR DAYS AND THERE IS NO REPLY WE ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO 343 THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND GAVE US A BIG MIDDLE FINGER AS A THANK YOU. -Yoinks!-. What is the point in playing a ranked system when my rank is inevitably going to be reset?!
You couldn’t import the halo 2 ranking system from 2004 on the original xbox that worked NEARLY FLAWLESSLY but you can block out curse words on a forum, GOOD JOB 343 SOOOOOOOO SMART.
