I recently started getting back into the MCC after the update and it’s been randomly freezing during the campaign, the loading screens, etc. I was playing Halo 2 when it suddenly froze and then crashed my actual Xbox. I just want to know what’s going on because the MCC performed way better before the update and I don’t want this to be a constant problem for me.
I’ve had the same problem, but it seems to be limited to the Halo 2 campaign (at least, for me). The only way I could get through some sections is by switching to Classic graphics, and by playing through as quickly as possible (if I tried to take things slow, it would crash in roughly the same spot consistently).
Do you have Instant On enabled? If yes, try turning it off and it might help.
