Ok so here’s my problem. It all started with Halo Night Fall content not loading right when i first bought the game on launch so i figured id wait till its patched or till the Halo 5 Beta comes out and be able to play. Well Halo 5 beta comes out and its greyed out… So i contact Customer support from Microsoft and they tell me to unassociated my gamer tag with my xbox and reboot my xbox and then re-associate it with the xbox. So i did this and it loads me into the first cut scene for the Halo 5 beta and then keeps on asking me to sign in to xbox live even though I’m already signed in. So then customer support says i have to reinstall everything again for the third time I’ve done this. Now its been a week later and I’m still not able to play the Halo 5 Beta its frozen up on the night fall download for the last 2 days now it says its at 90.5% which there is no way this is possible. It tells me i need to install all of it to be able to play the Halo 5 beta. I recontact Microsoft and they tell me theirs nothing they can do about it cause its 343 that needs to handle this. I’m really mad right now and feel like this is bull and needs to be fixed now. I’m tired and i just want to play the beta that i payed money for to get into to play which by the time all this is fixed I’m not going to get to play because of a broken game that was released. So please some one some where have an answer for me that fixes this problem… and some one from 343 I need an answer from. Thank you and hopefully ill hear something soon.
