Mcc pcsaying install on my devices when installed?

So I have been having many issues with halo mcc PC on Microsoft’s store version , firstly I install the game (again) and it’s missing the app icon and also constantly asking for the dependancy installer when I open the game , secondly , in the store it says you have installed this product on the left but says on the right install on my devices? Please help

No so on the left where it says you have installed this device then on the right it says install on my devices

I bought mine on steam, I prefer that version over the MS store.
