Mcc PC from the Microsoft store says no dlc

Mcc from the Microsoft store on pc says I have to download the games from Microsoft store. They are downloaded, I bought every game with real money and Microsoft store says they are installed and ready to launch. But Halo Mcc tells me they need to be downloaded

I’m uninstalling and reinstalling 133.6gb and all the games again for the third time on Microsoft Store pc.

How do submit a ticket I have never done this before.

At the top of this screen, click ‘SUPPORT’ to go to the Halo Support Site
Look for the ‘Promoted Articles’ section and select the Global Known Issues tile
Scroll down and the link is just below the bit where it asks whether the article was helpful

I hope you get it working, Mikep40. I’ve been plagued with this issue for the past 4-5 weeks now. I’m pretty confident that I ran every troubleshooting method possible, between my chats with Microsoft and Halo support staff (mainly just with Microsoft, the Halo support really just handed me a big sack of 'sorry’s). In the end, I wiped my PC and did a custom reinstallation of Windows. It fixed the problem for about a week, then back to this nonsense again. I’d start copying all of your important files to a flash drive, in the event that this method is recommended to you. Hope you get it going again.

I shouldn’t have to wipe my whole pc for a game to work. That ain’t worth it trouble
