I used MCC for a few years on steam with no issues, while signed in through my Steam account. I launched the game a few days ago, only to find my stats, username, achievements, and unlocks from past seasons were all wiped. Tried logging out and using the same email and things as before, but no luck. I also tried using the same ‘webcache’ files from an old backup drive. I can’t find any other threads about this issue, and I’m all out of ideas.

I’m not sure what is going on here or even how to begin helping you. You may want to submit a support ticket letting the devs know what has happened to your stats.

So just to clarify, you own the game on Steam and a launching it through Steam, right? Have you experienced anything similar with other Steam games? What about games on your Xbox account? Have you tried Steam support or the forums there?
You haven’t changed your Microsoft account or gamertag, have you? Definitely logging in to the same Xbox account?
How about the game itself? Have you verified the local files through Steam? It could be worthwhile reinstalling if that doesn’t help.
Sorry if all of this seems obvious. I am just trying to confirm what has happened and eliminate things that aren’t the issue.
