MCC not launching

Hi,
I just update MCC 24go and now the game not launching when I press start button. When I press start 5s after game freezing with bip sound and close. I reboot my Xbox one but after launching MCC 20 time I have the same issue game not launching :sob: thx for your help. My Xbox language is french

Try starting the game without signing in (for some reason this has worked for me in Halo MCC and Halo 5).

I tested with another account that I created and MCC launch perfectly but with my account no. Before update I played halo 4 few days before without any problĆØme this update maybe broken sync with my live account because a delete my save in all platform but same issue. I am very desapointed of this update.

PS: I add my son account on my Xbox one and same issue but without live MCC works. I want the live for matchmaking

Iā€™ve the same issue since the update, iā€™ve tried redowloading the game,deleting my profile ,deleting all the saves, even reseting the console to factory settings and nothing changes.
this only happens with my profile, with the others the game plays fine.

Iā€™ve tried on a diferent console and its the same , but only with my profile. Its seems like the problem afects only the profile, the game itself its ok because with others users thereā€™s no issue.
its a problem because i bougth the game with that profile.
i hope that someone give us a solution because it seems that canā€™t be resolved on our end.

I confirm but it only affects the live profile. I tried without the live with my profile it works but when I activate the live I have the same problem. I also try to launch MCC without live it works and I activate the live and well same problem. The problem seems to be related to the synchronization of the live account

Hoooooo MCC update maybe solved this issus. Heeeeuuuuu NO. I think they give a -Yoink- about us in fact and in addition graphically halo infinite not good and a mediocre XSC all that for crossplay. I think for myself and after 20 years of supporting halo and the xbox I will quit all. I pay the Xbox live just for halo and the I canā€™t even play on MCC online Iā€™m disappointed but of a force.

Thanks pal , it works. a very wierd solution but it do the job, thanks

update: too bad, when iā€™ve put the xbox on my region the game crashes again.
iā€™ll keep waiting for another fix.
at least the narrator solution works for someone.

Ok, so if I change the region to USA I can play the game whitout problem? I have the same problem, for 3 days a canā€™t play and I tried whit other account and works well , but I donā€™t want to start from scratch, I my account I have my progress and my armors. Please help

All your progress and unlocks still be there.

Please file a ticket if you havenā€™t already. The weekend is here already with no fix from 343.

Changing region to US alone wonā€™t help you. You have to change commentator to Microsoft David and enable and disable the ā€œallow games to read to meā€ option every time for this to work.

I tried everything they told me but the game still freezes and fails, I think the best way to solve this is for everyone who works with the above solution to make a video and upload it to YouTube as a tutorial, I think They would help me a lot and all the new gamers who have this problem.
