Mcc not able to start up

So I have deleted the MCC insider and opted out and tried to play OG Mcc and it still just does a splash of the title screen and then kicks me back to dashboard I even bought the digital version and it’s still not letting me play. I already contacted Xbox prior to buying digital and did all the troubleshooting steps they could offer. Still did not work. I even deleted and reinstalled the game. What do I do now?

Did you try installing it in a different location? What I mean is you can try installing it on the internal drive if you have it on an external one and vice versa.

That could work but also I have external and it’s worked before. I don’t know if i have enough space on internal but that could be something I try.

Yeah, hopefully that works out for you. Games sometimes don’t like to play nice with certain hard drives, so trying a different location might fix the problem. I had a problem with Horizon 2 where I couldn’t complete a certain race. Tried all kinds of things and finally fixed things when I installed the game on my internal drive instead of external.

Thanks a ton bro, really helped me out, I am able to play now and didn’t have fully download to internal and just had to copy and then start the game and I could play without having to install the entire game onto internal. I had called Xbox support 3 times and they never thought of this ha. Too bad I didn’t post this sooner because I bought a digital version and couldn’t get a refund. Oh well it was on sale ha.

Nice, glad to hear you’re able to play
