Just a question: has anyone heard anything about new content/updates for MCC. I know 343 posted a few weeks back that they would update us soon, but I haven’t found or heard anything…
Will there be seasonal challenges again or are those being retired?
As we are no longer getting seasonal content, we can assume the seasonal challenges are also a thing of the past.
We might, and that is a big might, get some new challenges in the future with the next update whenever that happens. We are still supposed to get flood fire fight and the other titles added to the custom game browser. It’s unknown when those things are going to happen though. I bet they got delayed since the the launch of Infinite wasn’t exactly smooth. I bet it was all hands on deck to work on infinite, especially after BTB broke. They claim it’s different teams working on each game but it’s not like 343 has made claims before that turned out not to be exactly true. It wouldn’t surprise me if we don’t see any real update for MCC till sometime this summer.

What I would like to see are different challenges for campaign and multiplayer. Win 2 competitive matches? If there’s nobody doing ranked MCC matches how can you win a match with no players? Also if 343 is going to keep the moa challenge for the campaign, then make sure that the moa statues actually spawn into the game. I have gone through the levels that are supposed to have the moa statues for the challenge every week and checked every potential spawn location with no luck.
