1 year 3 months since MCC was released and I still haven’t been able to find a game…
I also have a problem with MCC. I took a break playing it since Halo 5 came out, but now I went back to play some Halo 2 matchmaking. I go to “find game” and then a screen comes up saying “downloading latest matchmaking data”. This screen never stops, so at some point I press cancel, then join again and it takes me directly to the lobby. I try any game mode and I can never get other players. The screen tells me “players found” but nothing comes up. I am unable to join any matches on MCC, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

yes it is still broken… no that it ever really worked
Please before I throw my Xbox out the window fix the time it takes to find a game!
