My matchmaking is redeemed offline, even though my internet is fine and I can play with friends on Campaign. Only real issue is I can’t for some reason access the Season as it shows as “OFFLINE”. Every time I try to click into a lobby it always says “Contacting server to get the latest matchmaking data. Please wait.”
Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Check for updates but worse comes to worst uninstall and reinstall.

Log in and out of your xbox live account in the game menu.

Might have to, even verifying the cache did nothing.
