Whenever I try to log in to matchmaking, it says it can’t access it. It says to make sure you are using the right live account or check family settings. Im in my account, and family settings have never been activated. Anyone got a fix?

I had the same issue and I just restarted the whole game and I was then able to access matchmaking
Restart the game, doesn’t work, turn off our console, doesn’t work, hard reset it by holding the tuen on/off button on the console itself. Last one worked for me.
