Did you use 0x skulls? If so then that would probably be why.
Have you hard restarted your Halo 5? Sometimes that will trigger it
Hard restart everything. Although it looks like it registered mission with legendary so everything counted. Those would be my recommendations based on my experiences and others on Waypoint
It’s pretty buggy. Players have to realize they have went to server side achievements. You have to check your service record to be sure every level registered as complete. I had to redo quite a few levels through out MCC because a level or two didn’t register as complete. My suggestions are always always do a hard reset of your Xbox before playing ANY Halo, never skip the cut scenes as that can cause a level not to register,and don’t use any skulls just to be safe side.

That’s what I was talking about, they haven’t finished that either.
Huh. Legend is showing as 100% on Waypoint, but it doesn’t seem to have been unlocked. Maybe you’ll just have to wait.

You’re missing my point…If you have to do 20 missions and do 15 solo and 5 in Co-Op it’s still 100% complete. You can look at mine I did most mine in Co-Op but I have a few done in Solo.

Yea or it could be as simple as hard restarting your Xbox or game…I’ve seen enough forum posts about it and I was extremely worried about mine but mine came up within an hour. Then they announced it had just been put back in the Req Pool =\

Yeah I always do a hard reset before playing any Halo on Xbox one.
I got Helioskrill in a req pack… Cudos for enduring all 4 games on legendary…

It’s been broken forever, I gave up ages ago.
All the % achievements are currently broken. Check the MCC forum, there is a thread about this issue.
Once you complete the achievement you have to see if all the missions you did are “actually” done and it says 15/15 or 10/10 on the levels. If it doesn’t and you know you did, then just start up a level on that campaign and then quit. It should then say you finished that level if you completed it before. Or you might just have to wait for the LEGEND achievement to register on Xbox live. If that doesn’t work, well then you probably have to wait a day for the Helioskrill armor to appear in your helmets and armor. Trust me, me and my brother looked for every possible solution to get Helioskrill to load up in our armor.
