If you have that issue, where the game loads, and then crashes sending you to the store, search for Halo Reach, and download the 10mb file.
That worked for me. Almost like it was looking for the license for that particular game to load the menu

Man the windows store is so garbage, didn’t work for me. Have downloaded the reach file like 5 times. Tempted to just buy on steam even though I have game pass.
