While I do enjoy Infinite, MCC is just a superior game. The main reason is the match composer. You get to play what you want. The xp system is way better being medal based and the challenges are bonus. Hopefully more players will return to MCC once the new wears off Infinite. More so hopefully MCC will still get some love come next year. Even after playing Infinite I say H2A is the best made Halo. Sure it’s not perfect and could use some tweeks but I enjoy it way more…

Perhaps … but the match composer is new that let’s me pick game types example, whether I want BR or AR starts (such a tired argument it’s awesome to have a choice). The way you earn XP is better, medal based and challenges are bonus. The way you earn season points or complete certain challenges to earn new cosmetics. Multiplayer maps play better and actually have some interaction on some of them. I notice I am finding games a bit quicker in matchmaking so hopefully this means more are coming back to MCC.
I understand, just bear in mind, MCC was almost unplayable for its first 6 months. It literally included access to the H5 beta and 343 is still updating it even in 2022. So since MCC was released H5 and infinity have been created. Gone to release and distribution. Infinity MP has been out 2 months and the Campaign is only a month old. So we can expect that its going to take some time before Infinity MP reaches its full potential. Dont get me wrong i loved the idea of MCC thats why i pre-ordered it. But i have very slow internet and with 30+ gig updates every month i cant keep it up to date in order to play it. Im loving Infinity in campaign mode right now and just giving 343 time to make their corrections to the MP.
