So, sometime last week I was trying to go through Reach in one sitting because it’s the only Halo game I never had the chance to play.
Everything was going great, until I got to Exodus. Specifically the part where you’re running through the building fighting all of the suicide Grunts. For hours of gameplay, the game ran perfectly. No graphical errors, no dropped frames. But now, in any campaign or MP mode, I can’t play it for more than 45 seconds without getting a UE4 Fatal Crash error. Being optimistic, the first time this happened I went on Google to see if there was a solution. I did the easy things like restarting Steam, rebooting my PC, and verifying the files. After none of those worked, I deleted and reinstalled the game, still to no avail. I then deleted the game and deleted the leftover files in the Steam folder, and still am having the same issue. I’m up to date on Windows, all of my Nvidia drivers are up to date, I have no issues playing any other game on my PC. It’s only the MCC. In my extended Googling sessions, I found that this issue dates back to when the game launched in December of last year. I can’t believe that this issue is still so prevalent 8 months after launch.

That’s a very weird bug you are experiencing there. Looks like you have tried a ton of items to no avail. Submit a support ticket detailing your problem, the 343 team might have some solutions you could try.
Have you tried in safe mode?
For me I literally can’t kill anyone because if I level up for some reason I go against people that are way better at the game than I am and I used to get 15 to 7 kills per game and now 1 to 3
