Hoping someone from 343 sees this. I just signed up for the MCC Insider Program. Silly question, do I need the game to participate? I lost my copy and haven’t bought a new one, seeing as I mostly play Halo 5 and Reach. Is it possible I could be granted a temporary downloadable version of the game, for the duration of the programme only? My main interest is to help influence the future of the series.
Doesnt work like that. Buy the game, its only $25 new, im sure half off at gamestop used.

So good news, you will not need a copy of MCC. The MCC Insider program will be its own standalone game as to not interfere with the base game until the full patch is eventually released. I’m not sure exactly how it will work, but Insider members will be sent code or something to download the standalone Insider version 
Well I still have but but lost interest bc it became to glitchy but I’m more then happy to add my assistance

As far as I can tell I think based on the comments from Xbox Insider App that the code downloaded will be a hub similar to Xbox Insider app then I think you can download it from there but not sure.

If you are not part of the Halo Community Feedback program already then you need to sign up there first. After signing up you will be added to the next round of invites that get sent out. You need to confirm you would like to join up and fill out a short survey. Additionally you should join up to the Xbox Insiders program.
