mcc insider - error signing in to xbox live

so I followed the instructions in the insider email and reached the last step, but when the game tries to log in to xbox live it just gives “error signing in to live” error

I tried restarting the pc, checking firewall settings and stuff but nothing stops the error. The xbox app lets me log in to live no problem. Using same account that got flight access

Any way to fix this?

This is something you may have to reach out to Xbox Live or Microsoft Support to fix

suddenly I cant log in to xbox insider hub anymore, getting “access is denied” error

did I get removed from the flight for some reason or is there problem on microsofts side?

if you can’t log into the Xbox Insider app, then you would need to contact support. Not much anyone here can do to help with that I’m afraid

I figured it out

There are 2 apps in the store: xbox console companion and xbox console companion beta

After I installed the beta version I could log in to xbox live

Even if after you have gone through all of this and it still does not work, try deleting all files at C:\Users<UserName>\AppData\LocalLow\MCC.
I had tried everything and was stuck in an endless loop of “Sign In Error” before the game even started. This also seemed to solve some additional connectivity errors I had!
