I finally got the legend achievement for MCC and the HelioSkrill armor won’t unlock, can someone help me or actually someone at 343 give me my earned armor, GT:UCE Kratos X

Happens. I didnt get my scarred Gen1 MKVI after completing Cairo station. But Luckily, if you spend enough mone or are just lucky enough, you can get Helioskrill in REQ packs now.
Wait, the servers need to update the data and that is very slow.
You might not be unlocking because people can get it from gold packs.
Go back to MCC, change a customization item like emblem, banner, etc., maybe also play a multiplayer game. Make sure your profile saves any changes. It may help to also open Halo Channel app. After you try all that, go back to Halo 5 and see if Helioskrill is there.
I looked into UCE Kratos X’s report and they received the HelioSkrill armor back on 4/19 so it was a bit delayed, but is now resolved
