I just finished the Halo 4 campaign on MCC. I found and error in the game when you plant the grenade in the bosses chest. As you’re crawling towards him it says “RT TO FIRE MACHINE GUN” instead of “LT TO USE GRENADE”. I’m not sure if anyone else caught this and I did not screen shot it as well. If anyone at 343 Industries can fix this minor error that would be cool. Other than that, awesome Halo franchise.
This has been a pretty common and comical bug. Hopefully it is patched in the next content update.
It’s been around since day 1. So I doubt they will have a patch for it with halo 5 around the corner
2 and a half years later I have just played the MCC. It’s not been changed
