MCC Halo CE wont let me zoom or switch weapons..

I went back in forth from Halo Reach, let other people host the lobby, restarted MCC, switched to controller and back, restore default settings and still no change. In Reach, im able to still interact and zoom with the same buttons on CE flawlessly. However, on Halo CE, I have a stutter of zooming as it quickly goes in and out; same thing with switching weapons. I can’t use “E” to interact; switching buttons doesn’t change it as well, even though, I can interact with control panels and entering vehicles still using E.I don’t understand my problem, this is happening all day today and I need help. It hasn’t happened before.

I tried sending this to the MCC support center but nobody read it. Maybe I could get some help here?

This problem is a known issue with a specific version of Windows. Luckily, it has an easy fix. All you have to do is update your operating system.

I can confirm this fixed my issue in the past. How the heck game code is affected by minor changes in windows, I will never know.
