As broken as this game is I can tolerate it so those of you who didn’t get H5 or those of you like myself that have it and think it’s like CoD for the H4 noobs and prefer to play some real classic Halo games add me as a friend. I only like playlists with Halo 3 involved in it just not the Halo 3 playlist.

MCC over H5. Campaign was decent in H5 and multiplayer is just okay. MCC has amazing campaigns and perfect multiplayer in H2/3.
If the MCC could fix it’s custom game finder mechanic and to stay in the searching screen with the players who stayed after every match, MCC would be perfect. Overall, with those two minor points aside, this game is extremely a superior game to Halo 5 (In my own opinion).
For Halo 5, there is no split screen and the campaign seems very lackluster, but it isn’t terrible for a video game. It’s just mild for a Halo game, the other titles did a better job. If they add more playlists to Halo 5 such as KOTH, Oddball etc., and bring split screen into the equation, I would pick up the game.
I hope Halo 5 does well in order for Halo 6 to come out and fix the problems Halo 5 had.

Sure MCC is better than H5, the H5 multiplayer was a let down where it played too much like Halo 4, was pretty unbalanced.
I’ve beaten all campaigns on legendary and played tons of multiplayer on most modes, if not all. I love this collection since they fixed the servers, which have been fine for me personally since January but ofc it’s frustrating for people experiencing problems.
Basically this game is the best Halo experience for me at the moment, if they sorted out customs and file shares it would have so many community map designs and variants and would rival Halo 3 and Reach in terms of quality user created content.
After playing Halo 5 over the weekend, I will be playing Halo: MCC more. I completed campaign and half of the Halo 5 achievements. I want to go back to Halo: MCC and complete all of those before I play Halo 5 again if I ever do. A lot of the game modes were fun in Halo 5: MP, but got bored over time. I got bored seeing the same level over and over again. Also, Halo 5 Achievements were too easy, but I want to get them all still. I am glad that there is 100 MP maps in Halo: MCC.
If they dont add more games modes for Halo 5 i’m goning to play Mcc a lot too. I like Halo 5 but it needs social plsylists and the -Yoinking!- big team battle.
