Okay, So I just purchased the Master Chief collection and I want to unlock the armors. I’ve had the Mark VI Gen 1 armor for a long time since I went to a friends house a few years ago and go the journey begins achievement there when I played. But I went and did the Cairo Station level to get the Scarred variant yesterday but the armor never appeared in my customization menu nor a req pack. Am I not able to unlock the armor anymore?? If so, When did it stop being unlockable? Also is the Helioskril armor still unlockable VIA the Legendary achievement?
When you were playing at your friend’s house those years ago, were you playing on your own account or your friend’s account?
Also to note, the Mark VI GEN1, its Scarred variant, and the Helioskrill were added to the standard REQ pool a long time ago, which explains the delay for not showing up. You can unlock them through Gold Packs in Halo 5, but not without spending months grinding everything else.

I was playing on my own account, which is how I own the Mark VI GEN1 armor. I do in fact know that they were added to the standard req pool, But I’d really rather not grind for months to get something that I can get in a few minutes or about 2 months (referring to the helioskrill armor). When I watch nightfall, The rewards showed up right after I exited the game completely and then restarted it. I tried doing that several times when waiting for the scarred armor but to no avail. It shouldn’t take so long for one armor and a helmet to show up, like for real.

I just went and checked my customization menu! It’s there now! Either way thank you for responding to me!
