Hello
I’m unable to resume my Halo 4 Campaign in the Master Chief Collection. The progress bar goes to 100%, then a second or two later the spinning LOADING icon stops spinning, then the sound stops, then it returns to the Xbox One home screen. I’ve tried it a few times over the last week hoping a bug fix will come in to correct it, but it hasn’t happened.
I deleted my saved data. It downloaded it form the cloud, and it still crashes.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to correct this, or do I need to start the campaign over? I played 1 through 3 all the way through with issue… I don’t know what’s going on here.

I feel you man … I got the same problem … i was noted to update my MCC yesterday … so i straight away update the game although it took a while …
Before update i finish the cross game playlist " The Master Chief Saga " until the level Shutdown … After my update i could never open it again … it just loaded until 100 % then suddenly it crash …
Hope someone could shed some light for both of us soon on this problem
I made like 3 topics with this problem since December. Got this problem too.
I had the same problem yesterday. It would not resume 7th mission on Halo 4.
I sent a tweet to @Halo, but they haven’t reply… I bet they won’t 
So, today i forced my little sister to “play” (she just stood still trying to shoot at the enemies from afar) and see if restarting the mission by playing coop. would work… Guess what, it did!
So by the time we finished the 7th mission i logged her out and played by myself and the 8th mission loads perfectly.
So there you have it. Just get another controller and someone to (force to) play with and not caring about playing the whole mission again.
