Played co-op and when chapter was finished no achievement pop and also it did not register that either of us played the level at all. My partner got 2 other completion achievements but I did not get the complete chapter on Heroic. I just played 5 days ago with no issues at all. No stats. Looked onsite here and nothing shows.
