Mcc halo 2 master chief levels wont load and crashes

mcc halo 2 on steam when I try to load a level where you play as master chief it will fill the bar and then crash with the ue4 error.
arbiter levels work just fine I can load into them and they work properly.
I have no mods installed, I have verified the games files they successfully validated, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the master chief levels will not load and just crash.

it worked before a few months ago but recently it just will not work

this is in single player not coop

I don’t know what is causing these crashes, but try to send a ticket to halo support. At least they’ll be aware of this problem

If you search UE4 in the Steam Community forums, there are a number of threads with some suggestions you can try.

Also, as advised above, submit a ticket on the Halo Support site
