MCC isn’t letting me install the separate Halo games.
I will go into campaign/multiplayer, try to start a game and am met with the “Halo ---- is not installed. Would you like to install it now?” message. Upon clicking yes, nothing happens.
I’ve already tried reinstalling to no success.
Any help would be appreciated, cheers!
yup same thing is happening with me. so lame. did you get it from Microsoft store? cuz I did and have had nothing but issues with it recently. I wish I had got it on steam.
I got it via Game Pass, on PC. I submitted a ticket, hopefully it will get their attention. I’ll post a fix here if they get back to me.
I’m having the same issue as of today. This is via GamePass on PC btw.
Bought the collection when it was on sale. It worked fine, then all of the sudden it tells me every game is not installed when it says they’re already installed. When I went to play yesterday I did notice it said there was an update for the xbox app. Please post any fixes found, tried redownloading/installing/rebooting.
I’m on my third reinstall…

The issue has been floating around for a while now (here and on the support side). Be careful though, there seem to be certain individuals that do not want to hear about the problem on these boards.
