MCC freezes on start menu

Since yesterday my MCC has been freezing on the start menu when i tried to open it i tried restarting my xbox I’ve Deinstallad and Reinstalled the game I waited over night to see if it fixes itself I don’t know what’s wrong with it (I have the digital version)

Fixed itself after season 4 launched
The support tried it’s best to help me really chill people.

Hey OP, give this a try and see if it solves the problem

  • Highlight the MCC Insider tile and press the menu button on your controller - Go to Manage game & add-ons - Click on Saved data - Do not press delete all, instead choose reserved space & your profile save individually and press "delete everywhere"Try launching the game again after this

Sadly I tried but my Insider wasn’t installed when I reinstalled it it didn’t have any saved data or reserved space
After I reinstalled it I tried launching mcc again just a bit if faith but it’s sadly still broken
I already had a 4 hour trying around with xbox support i even deleted the game and all and bought it again but it still refuses to start
Im very disappointed in xbox I asked for help again but have simply been ignored since the first time I went for support

Same here this fixed the Problem.
