Saw that the nameplates are granted on Fridays, but not recieved my Flood nameplate despite completing 10+ games of Infection (plus x4 extra Flood games also) in the Infection Playlist on MCC the last week on October?? I can see on the Game History page that the games were definitely recorded against my profile but still noting and been nearly 3 days…
I have included the most recent 10 Infection games below as recorded on the “Game History>Infection” page on HaloWaypoint.com
As you can see the above 10 games (not to mention the other games not shown) clearly highlight that the nameplate requirements have been fulfilled, yet nothing has been recieved??
Any help / info would be greatly appreciated.
My Gamertag is same as HaloWaypoint account name (Ali B 1475)

I didnt get mine either and did 10 if not more of infection games
How do you look up your match record? I swear that i played at least 3 or 4 matches on the 24th and then on the 25th it was around 8 or so matches. Help me out here 343 industries. I earned this nameplate.

Definitely completed at least 10 if not more, before the 31st of October - even your own website confirms this? The requirement for the nameplate was 10 matches - I completed 10 Infection games so no reason not to have the nameplate unlocked.
(Not to mention the 4 Flood games also recorded on Waypoint, for a total of at least 14 games in infection playlist)
I also included a copy of the dates and map info from this table as proof that the requirement of 10 games were met in my original post.
I came onto MCC last week specifically to get this nameplate - I have not played Matchmaking for quite some time, so I made sure that I completed each game and that the Waypoint page was showing the 10 before I stopped playing. I wasn’t sure if Flood games counted so made double sure I played at least 10 infection games, keeping track of both pages on Waypoint.
I’m not sure what’s up with the nameplate as the Waypoint Game History page clearly shows (a minimum of) 14 games completed for the month of October, and I have certainly completed the requirements.
The nameplate has clearly been earned and should be awarded.
I have the same problem. I have played 12 full games of Infection in the Master Chief Collection. What’s odd is that my game history on Waypoint doesn’t have any record of the games, but I have all 12 theater films saved.
I completed 12 full games of infection on 10/30/19. For whatever reason this website didn’t track a single one of them so they aren’t going to be in my game history. Fortunately for me I was streaming so I have video proof here Twitch

I got the same issue here.
I’ve played at least 14 matches in October.
After a very long loading my matches are visible in mcc.
They are also visible in my last 10 infection games played.
No nameplate tho.

Can you check your MCC nameplates please? We think we found a tiny gap and are hoping we’ve rectified that.
