HALO CE CAMPAIGN CUTSCENE ISSUES:
The cinematic letterboxing / black bars are no longer appearing in cutscenes nor when any of the 'chapter titles such as “Ai Constructs and cyborgs first” appear. They still appear in anniversary graphics. I don’t know if this was deliberate or not, but I miss them. Maybe have them as an optional thing?
Also, there is no post cutscene for guilty spark escaping the halo ring in the original post credits of the game
Lighting issues, no soft glow in the sky above in AOTCR. Just a sharp black outline. Looks hideous.
No jackal shield response to gunfire, colour on shield is static.
Halo 2, elites during cutscenes jaws are locked. No animation for closing their mandibles like in original game.

Please do something about the temporary ban. Quitting out of a 1v4 or lagging out should not cause a ban. I’ve seen this brought up a bunch and I don’t mean to repeat it but it is the only issue I have with the game and it really needs fixed. Side note, I noticed in some matches I don’t get my xp reward like the others. Just the 7000 for playing the match. Happened twice and both games I finished first and my team won. Not sure if it’s a glitch or intended.
Other than that, 343 is doing a tremendous job in my opinion.

I don’t you get a ban if half your team quits. I’ve never had a ban if 50% of my team quits, and then I quit.
Im not sure where the decision to cut all the original Reach forge maps came from but it was seriously the worst decision that could’ve been made. It was little a milk run to get Reach BTB back to it usual status but somehow the ball was dropped. DLC maps were fun, when you played them 1% of the time. The original forge maps need to return for BTB to hang on to the threads of a population that it now has.
I know this particular topic has a lot of complaints and for good reason. Please just fix the rotation and give us OG forge maps back
Halo 2
My only problem is no dedicated Halo 2 ranked game mode and sometimes during the day is dead. I typically only find games for Halo 1,3 and 4 in social as well.

PLAYLIST: 2V2 RANKED/SOCIAL Radar
ISSUE:MAP ROTATION
There has been a HEAVY balance of snowbound/ isolation in both the ranked H3 Team doubles Playlist as well as social 2v2… It seems that these 2 maps occur 35-50% of the time every night! It would be great to see more balance in this playlist with all of the other maps such as: Vessel, Guardian, Pit, Narrows ETC… I don’t feel that minimally 1/3rd of my games are played on two maps… Please consider changing the balance. Thank you!

Especially on larger modes it becomes impossible if significant portion of team has quit. Invasion especially with set spawns can result in constant spawn killing for the few left if half a team has gone. Objective game modes can have an issue where enemy players can withhold objectives to favour killing players when they start to significantly outnumber friendly players and results in griefing. Generally results in a very negative experience when people quit and the impact seems more felt on the players left behind that the person(s) quitting.

It just happened to me the other day. A glitch maybe?

The only issue is that it sees lagging out as quitting. It should only happen in ranked playlists and quitting would help regardless. People are already banned with increased time limits for quitting or lagging out.
I agree, quitting is for cry babies but a serious punishment for it? That shouldn’t be put in place. At least not more of a harsh one they already have in place. Also, playing a team of sweats with a teammates of a below average player and his two guests just makes it miserable unless your opponents aren’t that great. I played a game where I got steaked and had 21 kills. My 3 teammates combines for a total of 4.

CE 4V4 BOARDING ACTION DOESN’T WORK WELL
IIRC, I have only gotten snipers on 4v4 boarding action, but it’s wayyy too slow. Either reaches the limit or just drags on and on.
I loaded up MCC yesterday on xbox and discovered the Fiesta Mode playlist. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Been hoping for this to arrive. It’s Awesome. 343 you are amazing and are very engaged in the community keep up the GREAT work and amazing updates.

I believe moving Invasion to Social would make the situation even worse; people wouldn’t have any incentive to play (ranks) and no one would take the game seriously. Coordination, teamwork and smart play are key parts of the gametype, and those aren’t correctly rewarded in Social, even with the new progression system (unless they add challenges or give medals for completing the objectives). Sadly, I don’t think it would increase population but instead decrease it and make it worse. If anything, disable team matching for that specific playlist, as playing as a squad seems to be the only way to play at the moment. I haven’t experienced too long search times during peak hours, though.
