I just bought my xbox one a couple of days ago that comes with the downloadable Master Chief Collection Game. I am a long-time halo player and wasn’t expecting any issues, since the release of the game has now been 5 months. I played for 2 hours any I really enjoyed the game, but when I shut off my xbox and turned it back on. The game notifies me that I am not eligible to play online even though I am signed in. I sign out and sign back in but it says the same thing over and over. The only way I was able to resolve this issue was shutting down the xbox and then unplugging the power cable in the back. I then turned it on and signed in and boom I was able to do matchmaking again. I then repeated the issue and it happens every time. Also I then tried signing out and then shutting off my xbox. When I turned it back on and signed in, I was able to do matchmaking but I was unable to find a match in any playlist, I let it search for 20 minutes on each playlist and nothing. So I turned of the xbox and unplugged the power supply then plugged it back in and turned on the xbox and signed in. I started searching in matchmaking and within seconds I was able to find a match. This for me is unacceptable, as a customer I don’t believe I should have to unplug my xbox everytime I want to play matchmaking on MCC. Please look in to it and let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
